Assortment of 10 kinds of Obanzai dishes using seasonal ingredients and blue fish

Sashimi: Sesame mackerel

The specialty, sesame mackerel, is served with plenty of homemade sauce and seasonings.

Hotpot: Yellowtail shabu-shabu and citrus hotpot

This shabu-shabu is made by using plenty of sudachi citrus to create a fragrant broth, and the king of winter fish is dipped in it for just 2 seconds before eating.

Straw-grilled: Straw-grilled bonito

Fresh bonito grilled over straw and served with wasabi

Simmered dish: Simmered mackerel with miso and simmering autumn vegetables

This is a delicacy that you will want to drink up every last drop of the miso-boiled mackerel, which has been simmered so that you can eat the bones, and the broth made from seasonal vegetables has dissolved into the soup.

Fried food: Rare fried horse mackerel

Fresh seasonal horse mackerel served rare fried

Meal: Yellowtail rice (rice cooked in a clay pot)

Freshly cooked rice is topped with lots of yellowtail and then grilled over a burner at your table.

Sweet: Muscat and Mikkabi mandarin oranges
